Terminal Lug Sensing Element (TLSE)

Troman Industries Terminal Lug Sensing Element (TLSE)offers a resettable and robust linear detection solution suitable for routing around several hazard areas within a hazard zone with ambient temperatures less than 125°C/257°F. TLSE elements are placed into a vehicle using Troman installation kits.

Troman TLSE: Flexible Fire Detection Solution

Combined with the TLSE control module, one or more elements are connected up to a maximum length of 4.9 m/16 ft. At ambient temperatures, the TLSE thermistor-based element provides a high resistance output, which reduces when the complete or portion of the sensing element length is exposed to elevated temperatures. When an alarm resistance is achieved, the TLSE control module sends an alarm signal to the Troman controller.
