Troman Industries, Inc., through an asset purchase and IP license agreement with Collins Aerospace, has acquired certain assets and access technology necessary to produce and sell Commercial Ground Vehicle (CGV) products formerly provided by the Collins Kidde Fire Protection Systems business, based in Wilson, NC.
This will allow Troman to further expand its market presence in the transit bus industry and continue to offer high-quality Kidde Fire Protection products to its customers under the Troman brand. Troman Industries’ CEO, Tony Cunnane, states that “We have long represented Kidde Fire Protection Systems through our partnership with Metro Transit Services.
